The method of building known as “Design-Build”, is exactly as it is named. The customer contracts with a single source, such as Morse Renovations and Custom Homes, to design, produce plans, engineer, and take the project to completion by constructing the plans. The customer and the builder will work very closely in this scenario, allowing the customer to have much control over budget and design. This is the most beneficial scenario if the customer wants to minimize delays; this is due to the fact that there are fewer parties involved in the pre-construction phase.
Morse Renovations and Custom Homes is also happy to work with a customer who has their architectural plans complete; wherein we act as the “General Contractor/Builder”.
Morse Renovations and Custom Homes not only wants to be the customer’s source for all types of new home construction and significantly sized renovations, but also those smaller projects, around the home that need improvement. Often we have a client call us for a second and third project, needing their hardwood floors refinished or a light kitchen update; or maybe some springtime painting and a new finish for the front door.
